The most beautiful markets in Düsseldorf
Whether in the sunshine, with a fish sandwich in your hand or strolling and munching on cake in rainy weather - Düsseldorf's markets are the perfect weekend activity. They invite you to stroll around, taste and buy. I've put together my favorite markets for you, all of which are definitely worth a visit!
Flea markets and flea markets
Samstags-Trödelmarkt auf dem Benrather Schützenplatz
My junk heart jumps! Because here's still neat rares for your cash. It's time again for a cozy flea market rummage. Curious, antique, used, new and unusual things await you at Schützenplatz. Have fun with the treasure hunt!
Trödel - und Antikmarkt Aachener Platz
Get the best bargains before dawn & discover real rarities. Then dance along to coffee and cake and ever-changing live music at lunchtime. That sounds like a perfect Saturday!
Obi Trödel
The biggest Sunday flea market in Flingern is coming up again! Go in search of old treasures, do your weekly shopping and stroll through the snazzy flea market in the parking lot of Obi's on Königsbergerstraße. Happy Sunday!
Radschlägermarkt
The Radschläger, as one of the oldest traditions of Düsseldorf, can be found in many Düsseldorf naming, including this great flea market: Sundays become a great trading platform on the grounds of the flower market, where bargain hunters can fully indulge in their hobby!
P1 Trödelmarkt
40474 Düsseldorf
Step into the dazzling world of the "P1" market in Düsseldorf, where up to 1000 dealers cavort and the second-hand treasures are waiting for a new home - a flea market dream with real charm! 👜✨ Unfortunately, the new dates are still a long time coming. Follow the location and be reminded when the events for 2024 are announced!
Trödelmarkt Garath
40595 Düsseldorf
With a mix of quaint junk and select treasures, the Trödelmarkt in Garath offers a very special shopping experience - a "must-visit" every first Sunday of the month! 🗓️
Food and delicatessen markets
Wochenmarkt Barbarossaplatz Oberkassel
You want to buy your fruits and vegetables locally and seasonally? Then come to the weekly market on Barbarossaplatz. Here you can get everything your organic heart desires and get to know the other side of the Rhine from its best side.
Kim Phi Asiafood (Samstagsmarkt)
40231 Düsseldorf
The Saturday market at Kim Phi Asiastore is something very special! In addition to Asian food and imported drinks, there's also something for the foodies among us every Saturday. Come by if you fancy being inspired by the delicious Vietnamese bánh mìs!
Carlsplatz
40213 Düsseldorf
Carlsplatz - the heart of the old town. Young and old meet here for a coffee break, a business lunch or shopping. The small alleyways are filled with delicious treats, radiant flower stores and international restaurants. We particularly recommend crossaints from Pure Pastry and the truffle pasta at Casa Cortilla 👌
Bauernmarkt Kolpingplatz
This market is Düsseldorf through and through! Here you can find the best regional food, in top quality. We love the farmer's market at Kolpingplatz, but you should check out the ones at Friedensplätzchen and Hanns-Heuer-Platz.
Fischmarkt
It's fish market weekend! Stroll, feast and taste - and with the best view of the Rhine. Here you can find everything! From fish and seafood, to various delicacies, to flowers and handicrafts. What you definitely can't miss is the afterparty with local DJs! Simply awesome 🎉
