For many FLINTA* people, summer is still a time when insecurities about their own body image can arise. You think you've come a long way, but suddenly that nasty little voice creeps into your head with the same nasty comments that your teenage self had to listen to.
We're not in the mood for that anymore. Sport should be fun, it should push you, motivate you and boost your body awareness. That's why we've selected FLINTA* sports groups for you that you can work out with in a safe space - no matter what you look like. Come as you are. Chicane Bike Club

Under the motto "Pedals as Portals", the Chicane Bikeclub tours through and around Berlin every Tuesday. FLINTA* and Queers unite to cycle together through thickets and street jungles. Chicane tries to be in a different district every week, so join the Telegram group to make sure you don't miss anything.

Lesberlin is not only a running club for girls and gays that was only founded this year, but also a community. For all Dykes and Sapphics, not only to work out, but also to meet lovely people. Sometimes it's bowling, sometimes basketball, but always with lesbian visibility!

030 Black Canary offers a safe space especially for black FLINTA*. They make it clear that not only white Almans hike, ski, climb mountains and do outdoor sports - LONG overdue! In addition to adventurous and varied joint sporting events, there is also a wellness event for Black FLINTA* only.

Mackers with magnesium bags on their hips and bouldering shoes on their rucksacks line the streets of the city. Alternating between the Boulderklub Kreuzberg and the Kegel, it's time to change the scenery! Come to an open space made up of FLINTA* people of all levels, with changing workshops. Pro tip: cut your nails short, then climbing around on the wall will work much better.info for a FLINTA* bouldering course lasting several weeks can be found on the website.a BIPOC Boulder Night also takes place here every month, but is open to all genders. Hands off skater boys, all eyes on Hera Skate. THE queer and FLINTA* skate club. The streets belong to them when they skate through Berlin together. Explicitly invited are all flinta*, queer and non-traditional skaters, but all wheels and levels are welcome.

Hiking doesn't have to mean being tortured up the steepest mountains by older family members. It can also be done in a leisurely, self-determined way, simply for connection and fun. Get to know other hikers and the nature around Berlin! Outdoor village experiences for queers, BIPOCs and FLINTA*.

No previous experience necessary, no pressure, just the desire to work up a sweat together and be motivated to exercise by drag queens full of queer FLINTA* energy. An absolute dream come true for anyone who likes to be distracted from the actual exertion during a workout.
Basketball Club by Lesberlin
Umm... don't let the picture distract you, it's actually about sport. Unless you just want to watch, that's fine too, but mainly it's about daring to shoot some hoops on the court. It's about having fun, no matter how big you are or what you look like. All FLINTA* and Lesbians welcome. You'll even get exclusive lessons from three professional players!
MHC: Berlin Urban Hike & Breathwork
A different kind of hike awaits you here - through the urban spaces and hidden favorite corners of Berlin's urban jungle. For all those who are not interested in classic mountain climbing, but would rather rediscover the capital through different eyes. Breathwork break and LAP drink included - after all, we are still city dwellers.
