New openings in Hamburg

Creative cuisine, strong drinks and international flavors: the newly opened Bistrot Crudo in Hamburg is the newest member of the Salt & Silver family and combines fresh tartars, ceviche, seafood and vegetables from the partner nursery Grünkorb with influences from Korean, Thai and Szechuan cuisine. Without culinary boundaries, the result is modern, cosmopolitan bistro cuisine - complemented by a high-quality cocktail selection, selected wines from head sommelier Tobias Beck and freshly tapped Kölsch beer. 🙌

At no other location do our stamp cards fill up as quickly as at Bolle! Now our pizza favorite has opened a new location and can now also be found in Eppendorf. Come by for Neapolitan-style pizza sandwiches: with fluffy, folded pizza dough and creative toppings - from classic to really wild. 🍕

Superbad brings the hype from the internet straight to your plate - with just a few perfectly balanced ingredients, a crispy patty, jalapeños and lots of flavor. The concept, which is based on black filter coffee without any additives, is simple - but only works because the coffee is really good. Here you can get advice from the coffee expert and munch on delicious cardamom buns while you're at it. It's cozy too - what more could you want? ☕️

Port des Lumières is Hamburg's new immersive experience of light, sound and movement. In HafenCity, visitors are immersed in huge, moving worlds of images. We were already there, made ourselves comfortable on a beanbag and enjoyed the show. When we came out again, we were relaxed, inspired and a little enchanted! ✨
