We invite you on a taste journey beyond wine - with exceptional, handcrafted drinks that have their very own identity. Our wine proxies are independent, complex creations that shine in moments when you would otherwise often reach for wine or sparkling wine: with a meal, to toast or simply to enjoy.

In our tasting, you will try five selected non-alcoholic drinks based on fascinating ingredients:

🍇 Fermented fruit and vegetable juices that surprise with acidity and depth.
🌿 Botanical infusions of herbs & spices that open up new worlds of flavors.
🫧 S parkling creations with tea, kombucha & flower extracts, refreshing and refined.
🔥 S moky, spicy or mineral notes that are reminiscent of the mouthfeel of wine, but completely different.
