With his haunting voice, undisguised honesty and a flair for big emotions in small moments, Betterov has quickly become a permanent fixture in German-language indie and pop music. Between new wave, post-punk and songwriting tradition, he balances lyrics that are both melancholy and hopeful - and hits the heart in the process.what often comes across as loud and powerful on stage reveals a new, vulnerable side at the piano: raw, reduced and full of intimacy. Here Betterov shows that his art reaches far beyond genre boundaries - that his songs can be carried even without a big arrangement because they have substance.at the New Fall Festival, Betterov unfolds his full expressive power - thoughtful, intense and deeply connected with his audience. A performance that is more than a concert: a silent storm of words, keys and emotion.

At the New Fall Festival, Betterov will present himself in a very special setup at the piano, accompanied by two other musicians. He will also have some new, unreleased songs in his luggage.
