1. Kirchplatzkonzert mit Sundown Skifflers

At the 1st Kirchplatzkonzert 2025 on June 17, 2025, the Cultural Office invites the most successful skiffle rock band in the north to the stage next to the Great Church.
From 18:00, the Sundown Skifflers will be playing in their home town - for free and outside.

The Bremerhaven band Sundown Skifflers have been presenting their washboard skiffle rock for 34 years, a mix of classic skiffle tunes and well-known oldies, also in Low German, redefined with washboard, piano, guitar, electric bass and two top-class singers.

The Cultural Office of the City of Bremerhaven is now reviving the very popular Kirchplatzkonzerte series for the fifth year. The concerts take place every second Tuesday evening from 18:00 at the
