10 hoch 1 - Der Münchner Science Slam

In the organizer's words:

The zehnHOCHeins initiative has been providing good scientific entertainment in Munich for more than ten years.

At the Science Slam, science is ready for the stage: researchers show that they are not only at home in the world of complicated experiments and abstract theories, but can also present their research in an understandable and entertaining way with wit, charm and great creativity. Our slammers explore the depths of science and do not shy away from unusual research topics: from black holes to black Madonnas, everything is interesting, everything must be researched, everything is allowed on stage!

The rules are simple: present a topic on stage in ten minutes, i.e. "tenHOCHeins".

At the end, the audience gets to decide who has shown the amount they have learned the most and been entertained the best, and who can take home the winning apple straight from the tree of scientific knowledge.
