100 people between 1 and 100 years old. Every age once. A journey through four generations of different cultures and attitudes to life. Discover the diversity of thoughts, dreams and worries that move people in Munich.
Ann Lang came up with the idea for the project during the pandemic. By then, she had been photographing and interviewing people on the street for over 10 years under the name "Portraits of Munich". Inspired by an art project, she now began to tell the stories of people of all ages. "I see myself as a story collector. Because if we don't capture the stories, they get lost," says Ann Lang. "But what particularly touches me are the many connections that have been made through the project: between people and also with my home town."
