The 11th Leipzig Mediation Forum will take place in Leipzig from June 23 to 25, 2025. This renowned event has established itself as one of the most important meeting places for conflict management. In 2025, participants can look forward to a particularly exciting and varied program that addresses current developments in the industry and provides practical solutions.

The practical workshops on the topics of mediation, supervision, coaching, psychology, artificial intelligence and many more are a highlight of our forum. For example, Dr. Maja Storch and Dr. Giovanna Eilers will talk about unconsciously working parts of the human psyche and the "Strudelwürmli" in the workshop "Do what you want!". You will discover the "Ethics of Artificial Intelligence" and "Conflicts through AI" with Prof. Dr. Stephan Buchhester and Sascha Lippe, while Sosan Azad will show you how to "Conduct Difficult Conversations". Dr. Reiner Ponschab's workshop "Ikigai - an example of the Japanese art of living" also takes a positive approach.
