We cordially invite you to the 13th Women's Business Forum - women2BUSINESS on Tuesday, September 2, 2025! The joint event of IHK Düsseldorf and Competentia Düsseldorf / Kreis Mettmann is one of the most important meeting places for women in business and leadership in the region. Under the motto "FRAUEN.FÜHREN.ZUKUNFT. - Impulses for innovation, change and a healthy corporate culture", we focus on women's perspectives on modern leadership and ask: What can we learn from each other in order to shape a healthy and sustainable corporate culture together?

Our keynote speaker Jessica Bethune, Vice President Industrial & Process Automation DACH at Schneider Electric GmbH, brings many years of leadership and digitalization experience from a technology-driven industry. This will be followed by two exciting panel discussions with perspectives from science and practice - entitled "Modern leadership in times of crises and megatrends" and "Strong teams through modern leadership: agile, healthy, successful!".

One thing is clear: the world of work has become more complex due to the influence of several overlapping developments such as digitalization, demographic change, sustainability transformation and geopolitical uncertainties. But this is also an opportunity to actively shape the future - with diversity, new perspectives and strong women.

For companies to be fit for the future, they need healthy structures and leadership that takes people with them. In the second panel, we will therefore discuss why modern leadership must also focus on the health of employees - and why managers in particular need to take good care of themselves.

The breaks scheduled in the program and a snack afterwards will provide space for discussion. You can talk directly to relevant networks and institutions at information stands.
