15 Jahre Burlesque Bremen

In the organizer's words:

A journey full of glitz, glamor and provocative elegance began 15 years ago in the heart of Bremen. What began as a bold experiment has become indispensable today.

The burlesque shows at the FRITZ Theater Bremen have enchanted, surprised - and sometimes left audiences speechless - for over a decade and a half.

With sparkling costumes, sensual music and a twinkle in their eyes, artists from all over Germany have conquered the stage with humor and heart. First and foremost SANDY BEACH, who was already on the FRITZ stage at the opening on 18.11.2010.

The shows were never just entertainment - they were statements. For body diversity, for freedom, for art, for self-determination.

The ladies always received musical support from CHRISTOPHER KOTOUCEK & TIMM KULKE, who entertained the audience with rousing soul and blues songs and witty anecdotes as the "Big Pack" or "Blues Brothers".

15 years - that's countless shows, flying feathers, rolling suspenders, hearty laughter and quiet moments in which the light was reflected in the glitter.
But above all: 15 years full of people who have made the burlesque heart of Bremen beat with their courage, creativity and their very own sparkle.

We say: CHAPEAU! Here's to the next 15 years - may it continue to sparkle, crackle and pop on the stage of the FRITZ Theater!
