This year, around 20 venues invite you to the 15th SuedKultur MusicNight in the south of Hamburg. Our sponsor Eisenbahnbauverein Harburg eG supports the entire event in Harburg and makes it possible. Thank you!

The special thing is: one price, all locations, around 40 acts. There is no advance ticket sale, with admission to one of the venues, you receive a wristband for admission to all venues.

We are using this special day as an opportunity for a small festival on the fringes, starting at 6 p.m. and have signed up local, national and international acts.

The Menace of Tyranny

Emerged from the solo project. "Bjoern Alberternst & The Menace of Tyranny", with which he has been touring the stages of Germany for twenty years now, the starting signal for a joint band project was given in the last golden summer (almost) without restrictions - 2019.

Ronja (TMoT), Hannah (Schmidd, Bonnie Darko), Heiko (Nopedose, Mr. Motor), Lars (Nopedose, Bonnie Darko), Dino (Bonnie Darko) and Kristin came together and have been working on a darkly melancholic, but also aggressively passionate sound that stays in your ears for a long time.

Butcher Butcher - Electro-Indie-Post-Punk-Rock

After the end of their punk rock trio Wantu & The srie 4's, founded in 1991, in spring 2020, Larry Butcher and Hans W. Metzger wanted to start again - with similar musical aspirations, an electronic rhythm machine and a new name.

The music of Dreibettzimmer sounds like colorful wallpaper and smoky universal band curtains of the late seventies suburban panel building romanticism. As if hosted by a youthful Ilja Richter under a disco ball from a black and white television set. A mixture of raw honesty, melancholy poetry and rebellious charm. They write songs about love and relationships. About life and survival. They give what others call "failure" a melody and turn it into the catchy tune that builds you up again.

Their first album "#Kopfanherzaus" (2022) was an unsparing inventory of a generation caught between adaptation, escape and the longing for real life. With their second album "Krise" (2025), they go even deeper: it is the soundtrack to the moment when you realize that the rebellion of youth has long since given way to a terraced house, that the years are passing like clouds. Dreibettzimmer are loud and quiet, nostalgic and angry, poetic and direct. Their songs move between indie, punk rock and pop, between melancholy and new beginnings.

Anemone - unpredictable psych/alt rock experience

Dreamy, mature songs with sharp choruses reveal the naked truth in times of grief, love and the search for oneself. Frontman Xander van Dijck went deep in search of answers and tells this story. Making decisions is part of life. You search for the strength to make those decisions - in other words, you search for freedom. The feeling of watching a bird fly by, determining its own path, is what he was looking for and eventually found.

The search for freedom can be clearly heard in ANEMONE's growth and is captured on their second album Freebird, which was recorded in collaboration with Jan Schenk (Schenk Studios) in Amsterdam. At an ANEMONE show, you will be drawn into a story that ranges from cold fall nights drenched in red wine to summer breezes on the Spanish coast. If you're looking for your "freebird", you might find a piece of it here. ANEMONE is heavily influenced by bands like Sandy Alex G, East River Pipe and The Verve. With a solid live reputation from appearances at Vestrock, Motel Mozaique, Popronde and supporting acts like Triggerfinger, Indian Askin and Ten Years After, the band is ready to storm the stages again, freer than ever and with some new life lessons in tow.
