25 Jahre eldoradio* - mit Figur Lemur & Sloe Noon + Aftershow Party

eldoradio*, your campus radio station, is entering its prime student age. We're turning 25 and we're celebrating with excellent eldoradio* music and with you! Figur Lemur & Sloe Noon will be performing live. Followed by the finest electro from Robert Fernys & FLINTA*4Rave.

Live bands:

With Figur Lemur, pop, grunge and rap meet pain, anger and lightness, like a friendly slap in the face meets a good bottle of Korn. Their lyrics are political, melancholic and revolve around fear of the future, love and our crumbling world. At the same time, the four are a fierce live band with really personal, approachable shows.

Figur Lemur push you out of your comfort zone, but give you a hug afterwards. And just like they write their songs, the four guys from Bochum also play: honest and close.

Sloe Noon is guitarist and singer Anna Olivia Böke, who draws her inspiration from both countries in which she has lived. With influences from British alternative rock and the Krautrock beats of the Ruhr region, Sloe Noon creates a unique blend of guitar-driven pop, grunge and shoegaze.

Aftershow party:

Renowned Dortmund DJ, Großmarktschänken resident & eldoradio* veteran Robert Fernys kicks things off with the best that house music has to offer. As the architect of the groove, he brings pulsating beats and electrifying vibes to the Grossmarktschänke.

FLINTA*4Rave is a music collective of DJs from the Ruhr area with its own DJ show on eldoradio*. F*4R campaigns for more presence and visibility of FLINTA* behind the decks and for less sexism in the music industry. No.Vali & Baby Reflecta will be playing for you that evening.

No.Vali discovered her love for electronic music at an early age and although her sound has changed over time, the basis remains constant: dark, driving bass and melodic, technoid elements. Their genre includes melodic, minimal and dark techno.

Baby Reflecta, who grew up in Bochum, has had a deep passion for electronic music since her youth. While partying in clubs, she fell in love with all subgenres of techno, only to find herself behind the decks years later. Since last summer she has been creating her own unique sound, moving somewhere between melodic techno & driving hard trance.
