The Planet Mu label, founded by Mike Paradinas, has made a name for itself with an impressive catalog of visionary releases. In 2025, it celebrates its 30th anniversary at silent green. With us: Mike, also known as μ-Ziq, who revolutionized experimental electronic music in the 1990s; Lara Rix-Martin aka Meemo Comma, who previously released on Planet Mu as part of the Heterotic duo; Catherine Backhouse aka Xylitol, producer and resident DJ who spins at Kosmische under the name Bunnyhausen; and Jamie Teasdale, whose solo project Kuedo has attracted attention with futuristic synthesizer soundscapes as well as footwork and trap rhythms.
