Andreas Pröve has been traveling the world for 40 years - in a wheelchair, which he has been in since a motorcycle accident at the age of 23! In search of the limits of what is possible, he shares his travels to India, Vietnam, China and Tibet with the audience. He crosses deserts, megacities such as Ho Chi Minh City and the gorges of the Indian Himalayas, follows the Ganges across India from Calcutta to its source, the Mekong and the Yangtze, and fights his way through the Tibetan highlands and China. Always with a great deal of optimism, passion, curiosity and humor in his luggage. And always with moving encounters with helpful people.
