In her series "October 7, 2023", Ukrainian-Israeli artist Zoya Cherkassky-Nnadi explores the harrowing events of October 7, 2023 in Israel, when Hamas terrorists murdered almost 1200 people, the majority of them Israelis, took over 250 hostages and wounded almost 5,000 people. The resulting work, shown here as a reproduction, is a unique, personal and intuitive artistic response to the events of October 7. Zoya Cherkassky-Nnadi was born in 1976 in Kyiv, Ukraine, and emigrated to Israel in 1991.
The pictures in the series "October 7, 2023" contain depictions of violence. It is therefore not recommended for children.
