With around 100 screenings, the Short Film Festival offers six days of programs for every taste. The oldest film in the program dates back to 1949, the most recent contributions to 2025, and every length is included, from 11 seconds to 49 minutes. In total, this year's Short Film Festival is showing almost 500 short films from around 60 countries.

The spectrum ranges from current short films in the competitions to historical films in the themed program on GDR film, from children's films to music videos, from performances to analogue film screenings, from short films from NRW to one-minute films from Dhaka, and much more.

One-way ticket 8 euros, reduced 5 euros. One-way ticket in the children's and youth cinema 3 euros.
