To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the liberation from war and fascism, actress Bettina Franke and singer-songwriter Bernd Köhler dedicate themselves to the great theme of human history with texts, poems and songs from several centuries, combined with their own songs and lyrics.
Under the Karl Valentin quote "Du, Vater, gell, der Krieg is was Gefährliches" (You, father, war is something dangerous), there are indignant texts by Berta von Suttner, Rosa Luxemburg, Hans-Dieter Hüsch, Ernst Jandl, Elfriede Jelinek, Bertolt Brecht, Selma Meerbaum-Eisinger, Immanuel Kant, Gerhard Zwerenz, Wolf Biermann and others.a. - supplemented by the film WAHLKAMPF 1932 (LETZTE WAHL) by photographer and documentary filmmaker Ella Bergmann-Michel about the Reichstag election campaign in the fall of 1932.
