The vocally and rhythmically strong duo A QUADRAT cruises through the absurdities of life.
Wrapped in or underlaid with beautiful melodies and harmonies, powerful rhythms or quirky miniatures: they move between genres and have found their very own style with this creation.

The two from A Quadrat examine and expose "serving suggestions" that are foisted on them - and in which the pretty picture on the label has little to do with the true content. This has long been the case not only in advertising, but also in politics and society.
They can both sing - and not only that: they serve up plenty of (pre-)beats on anything that gets under their hands and feet - and that doesn't just mean suitcases, cajons or tin cans, but also melodicas, plastic tubes, their own bodies or the stage floor... simply anything that is art and makes noise!

Annette Kayser and Keo Hundius were musicians in the legendary Hamburg percussion comedy group TRUDE TRÄUMT VON AFRIKA.
