"Abgespeckt" is a fast-paced cabaret piece that comes across with a lot of verve, wit and an original dose of poetry. The content
could not be more topical: the culture of debate and the division of society. The Lach- und Schieß-Ensemble stages a two-camp society: up on the mountain, a wellness hotel complete with a kissy-bussy party, gender-free relaxation rooms, party whirlpools and a 90s infusion to make you feel good. Down in the valley, the little people fear for their livelihood because of the spa hotel on the mountain, but at the same time are dependent on the jobs up there.

PRESS RATINGS:
"Christl Sittenauer, Frank Klötgen and Sebastian Fritz play, sing and write about absurdities that leave nothing to be desired in terms of reality." Bayerischer Rundfunk
"A play rich in content and impressively dense. And this much can be revealed: Sammy Drechsel, Dieter Hildebrandt and co. must have pressed the "Find ich dufte" button in cabaret heaven." Süddeutsche Zeitung
"In fact, the perfectly harmonizing trio serves up a lively, originally composed, multi-course menu that guarantees a wonderful evening." Merkur
"Without exception, the rewritten songs are great, in which they give well-known hits a completely new freshness and, above all, a burning spiciness." TZ
