Amir is guarding a terrible secret: his left leg is beginning to turn black. The rot continues to spread and will soon engulf his entire body. Unless he can get rid of the leg. That is the solution he dreams of day and night. But the catch is that only he can see this horror. His girlfriend Rikke is completely clueless and doesn't take his secretiveness seriously at first. So how can Amir's burning desire be fulfilled? After all, even in liberal Norway, amputation is not available on prescription.

Director Viljar Bøe has already shocked us with a very weird story in GOOD BOY. Unpleasant topics are his specialty and so he once again succeeds in giving us a really queasy feeling in the face of monstrous body horror and Amir's martyrdom, which feels painfully real.
