Things are not going well for Björn Diemel. As a successful criminal defense lawyer and workaholic, he has a pretty stressful everyday life and too little time for his family. His wife sends him to a mindfulness seminar to save their marriage, prove himself a good father and reorganize his life. He quickly becomes a model student for his therapist, who does everything he can to restore Björn's work-life balance. It is not only the lawyer's family that benefits from this. Unexpectedly, Björn is also increasingly able to remain deeply relaxed in his everyday professional life. When one of his clients, the brutal mafia boss Dragan, causes problems, he finds an unconventional way to solve these problems - always trying to slow down the fast-paced story according to all the rules of mindfulness. Author Karsten Dusse is a lawyer himself. While still a student, he won the German Television Award and the German Comedy Award as lead author of Ladykracher. He was also nominated for the Grimme Prize.
