At the beginning you will learn the strengthening secret of "Mindful Pilates". We continue with a wonderful breathing meditation so that you can take a break from everyday life. The subsequent mindful Pilates practice strengthens your muscles - gently but effectively. Afterwards, there will be time to round off the workshop together over a delicious cup of tea. Sounds good?
