15 years after his celebrated concert at the Haus der Berliner Festspiele, accordion virtuoso Richard Galliano is finally returning to Berlin!

In October 2025, Richard Galliano is releasing a new edition of his legendary album "Viaggio", which was originally released in 1993. A timeless musical journey full of poetry and emotion that marked a turning point in his international career.

Listening to the studio recordings again, Galliano felt a deep mixture of joy and nostalgia, especially in memory of the deceased musicians Pierre Michelot and Charles Bellonzi, accompanied by the virtuoso guitarist Biréli Lagrène. Thanks to sound engineer Rémi Bourcereau, rare alternative recordings have been discovered, offering a new perspective on this creative masterpiece.

This New Viaggio is both a tribute to the past and a bridge to the future, with a renewed ensemble breathing new life into these timeless compositions.
