The southern French band AEPHANEMER combines elements of melodic death metal with classical symphonies and Slavic traditional music. AEPHANEMER has developed a sound that could influence a whole new generation of death metal. After appearing on the scene in 2014 with their debut EP"Know Thyself", the critically acclaimed album"Memento Mori" followed. In 2016, the four-piece band quickly began to build up a loyal fan base - and ultimately laid the foundations for the symphonic melodic death metal genre. Not least due to their skillful musicianship, impressive live performances (including at festivals such as Wacken Open Air) and fresh, modern sound, the band caught the attention of leading rock and metal label Napalm Records.

With the release of their album "A Dream of Wilderness", mixed by the legendary Dan Swanö and mastered by Mika Jussila at the renowned Finnvox Studios, AEPHANEMER aims to establish themselves as one of the leading bands in the symphonic melodic death metal genre.
