YOGA IN THE AIR
Wrapped and held by a large AERIAL YOGA cloth, you are literally suspended in the air. As you do the asanas (yoga poses), you play with gravity, experience a feeling of weightlessness and can move multidimensionally in space.

Thanks to the support of the AERIAL YOGA cloth, beginners can now also assume positions that are otherwise reserved for trained and well-stretched yogis and yoginis.

Another special feature of AERIAL YOGA are the "inversion postures". Exercises that you typically do on the floor, such as Urdhva Mukha Savasana (upward facing dog), are now performed upside down and detached from the floor. All organs are freed from their usual position and many blockages and tensions are released.
