Immerse yourself in two days full of music, dance, culture and culinary delights from various African and Latin American regions! The Afro-Latino Festival celebrates its second edition in 2025 - even more colorful, even louder and even more unifying.

Experience rousing live performances, dance workshops (including samba, capoeira, traditional African dances), exciting talks about diaspora & culture, an interactive children's program with hair workshops, and delicious food - from Angola's poofpofs to Brazilian açaí bowls, from Ethiopian injera to Caribbean cocktails.

👧 Highlight for families:
On Sunday, we offer a lovingly designed children's hair workshop with creative exercises on Afro hair care - ideal for children & parents together!

🗓 Saturday, May 31 - Highlights
- 12:00 - Festival start with DJ music
- 14:00 - Roots & Rhythms Panel Talk with dance impulses (Capoeira, Kuduro, Rumba etc.)
- 17:30 - Lecture & empowerment input with author R. Tekie
- 18:00 - Samba workshop
- 19:50 - Main act: Live music by Reydel y su grupo
- 21:30 - End of the music

🗓 Sunday, June 1 - Highlights
- 12:00 - Start with DJ set
- 14:00 - Dance workshop with Cazuza (Capoeira & Afro-Dance)
- 15:30 - Children's hair workshop in the children's tent
- 16:30 - Folklore & dance workshop with Malca
- 19:00 - Live music: Akeva Malaiyka
- 19:45 - Closing concert: Drum show by the West African group
