The French singer, songwriter and producer Aime Simone is a phenomenon. When he writhes on stage in dance and performs songs such as "Shining Light" or "Answer The Night", it almost feels as if you are slowly slipping into a hypnotic state. Aime Simone's voice reinforces this effect: warm, clear and emphatic, it is the perfect counterpoint to his cool, urban pop sound, which he himself likes to call "post-pop".

In an interview with the music magazine "arte TRACKS", Aime Simone said at the beginning of his career: "I don't want to go viral to become famous. I want something to develop. Real relationships." You can see how he achieves this at his concerts: euphoria and melancholy, dance escalation and moments of contemplation, where you are lulled by the sound of his voice. Aime Simone's last studio album, "Oh Glory", was released in 2023, but he seems to be preparing another release with new, strong singles. 2024 saw, for example, the haunting, beautifully sung ballad "Answer The Night (Denouement)", the futuristic "What You Said", the shamelessly poppy "TAKING MY DISTANCE" and, most recently, the atmospheric "IN MY BLOOD", which puts Simone's voice in the spotlight.

Her unmistakable voice and the mixture of electronic elements, delicate piano melodies and intimate lyrics create an atmosphere that touches the heart, soul and body in equal measure.

On October 24, you will finally have the chance to experience Aime Simone live in Germany again. He will be playing an exclusive show at the Kantine im Berghain.
