With the "Treffpunkt Auge - Wir machen Inklusion sichtbar" project, the Mohr-Villa aims to take an important step towards the inclusion of blind people and people with visual impairments. This is about the low-threshold, participatory approach that the Mohr Villa applies to its overall program. In addition to cultural participation through the opening up of existing event formats, the focus is on the exchange and networking of (affected) people.

On Thursday, June 5, the Mohr-Villa is organizing a day of action for the visually impaired (June 6). A colorful mixture of culture, workshops, lectures and hands-on stations invites not only those affected and their relatives, but also all interested parties to experience a creative, entertaining and informative day, as well as to get to know other people and exchange ideas.

Exhibition: Pictures to touch

The informative and performative afternoon will be framed by the Mohr-Villa's neighborhood café. Coffee and cake provide physical nourishment for the already satiated mind - and the opportunity to talk to other people affected or not affected by visual impairment and blindness.

On request, the Mohr-Villa offers an escort service to and from the Freimann subway station (U6) and around the grounds.
