Aktzeichnen-Workshop mit Manuela Mrohs

Nude drawing workshop for beginners with Manuela Mrohs, max. 5 participants

On a weekend (April 26 and 27, 2 to 6 p.m.) you have the opportunity to try your hand at drawing nudes at a reasonable price. Manuela will show you how to approach the subject with exercises, tips and illustrative material. We will focus on proportions, lines and the perception of light and shadow so that you can improve your skills in drawing the human body - regardless of whether you are an absolute beginner or already have some experience.

What should I bring?
Pencils (hardness grades 2B & 6B)
pencil sharpener
Paper pad DIN A2, preferably thicker paper (approx. 130 - 250g)

In Hamburg you can buy drawing materials at Kreativmarkt (Quarree), Jerwitz (U Schlump), Boesner (U Mundsburg & S Altona) or idee (S/U Jungfernstieg).

Alternatively, you can buy everything on site for a flat rate of 10 euros, so you don't have to carry anything with you.

Only 40 euros? For two days? What's the catch?
There is no catch :) We at Galerie DulsArt also want to enable low-threshold exhibitions, courses etc. for people on a budget. Manuela would like to support this concept and therefore runs this course on a voluntary basis. The models are of course paid for, with a little left over for worksheets and the gallery. If you have more money left over, you can of course throw it into our piggy bank or treat yourself to an extra drink from the bar to support the gallery.

Who is this Manuela Mrohs?
Manuela (42) has lived in Dulsberg since 2006 and has a degree in illustration and communication design, so she has many, many years of drawing and painting courses behind her, including nude drawing. Apart from that, you can often meet her here as a crew member of the @mmh.popup pub at the events in the Marktmeisterhaus.
