Alexander Flood is one of Australia's leading beatmasters with a sophisticated arsenal of groove, power and expertise on the drums. His unique sound and approach to the instrument has been developed through years of study, dedication and hustling. Alex leads his own band from the drum chair, driving a new rhythmic and dynamic world of live dance music that draws on nu-jazz, deep house, broken beat, DnB, funk and experimental sounds. The band has been making waves both in Australia and internationally, recently performing at WOMADelaide, Melbourne International Jazz Festival and Berlin clubs Privatclub and Badehaus.
