Alina Dalsegno Trio: Of Tenets on the Emceed Guitar (EP Release)

To mark the release of the second EP for the jazz album Encounters at the Edge of Time, the trio led by Alina Dalsegno on bass and vocals explores the similarities between blues and swing. Together with pianist Jan Kosyk and drummer Joachim Jurenz, they interpret jazz compositions by Siberian singer-songwriters. The result is a work from the deepest Siberian soul paired with the lightness of 1920s swing in English and Russian. Anyone who loves jazz standards will love this gem.
There is no better location than the Blue Note Dresden to celebrate this release.
