Alles | Nichts • Modo Grosso

In the organizer's words:

Recommended for ages 6 and up

How can you capture something as fleeting as time? The circus artist and juggler Loïc Faure tries. He not only plays with gravity, but also with time. Sometimes time races, sometimes it stretches, sometimes it even seems to stand still.

Of course, Loïc needs objects to do this. He juggles with fabrics and stones, with magnets and pendulums, with threads and spheres that make highly improbable movements. Threads flow out of a vessel like water, and chains develop a life of their own. Sometimes gravity even seems to be suspended. Faure thus creates a humorous stage poem.

The piece oscillates between object theater and new circus and sends the audience into unexplored areas of perception: physics becomes poetry. In their pieces, the Modo Grosso company combines object manipulation and circus acrobatics with a touch of magic. Let yourself be enchanted!
