The luckiest man on earth is behind the wheel of a car. And it races along the German autobahn at 250 km/h.
The car is more than just a means of transportation. It is a way of life, the pride and joy of a nation. But is the dream of the car still possible today? Alles über Autos, which can be seen on May 21 and 28 at the Werkraum of the Münchner Kammerspiele, is a play about people who depend on the automotive industry, about generational differences and existential fears, the increasing irrelevance of combustion engines and about climate protection.
A short version of Alles über Autos was already shown at the Bavarian Theater Days in Ingolstadt in June 2024. "Poetic, multi-layered and a little surreal", wrote the Kulturkanal at the time. Now the road trip continues in Munich.
