The Irish folk trio comes to Germany for three shows

If you look at the development of Amble, you'll be amazed at how far the trio from the West Midlands of Ireland have come with their music in just a short space of time. Since their formation in November 2022, the trio have released two EPs and toured Ireland, the UK, Australia and New Zealand as headliners, as well as supporting Hozier in the USA. Their minimalist sound between Irish folk and singer-songwriter ballads consists only of acoustic guitars, vocals and the playing of a mandolin. Amble paint pictures of nostalgic longing and tell emotional stories that touch deeply. With their most successful track to date, "Lonely Island", the trio recently achieved more than 11 million streams on Spotify, while "Mary's Pub", "Tonnta", "Mariner Boy" and "Of Land and Sea" are also among the songwriters' most successful tracks to date. In February 2025, Amble embarked on their first world tour, taking them from the UK across Europe to Australia and North America. After their sold-out concert in Berlin, Amble will return to Germany in October / November on their THE REVERIE TOUR 2025, playing at Munich's Hansa 39, Cologne's Luxor and Hamburg's Nochtspeicher.

Formed in 2022 by singer-songwriters Robbie Cunningham, Oisin McCafrey (both guitar and vocals) and Ross Mc Nerney (mandolin and guitar), Amble debuted with their single "Mariner Boy" in February 2023 via Warner Records. After a live EP and successful singles, the EP "Of Land And Sea" was released in February 2024, showcasing the trio's sound with balladic Irish folk. After the release of their single "Lonely Island" and their first sold-out shows in their home country, the EP "The Commons" followed in November 2024. Ones To Watch praised the storytelling of the EP, which tells of loss and grief while providing comfort with hopeful sounds. The standalone single "Sam Hall" was followed by "Schoolyard Days" and "Swan Song", which heralded the trio's long-awaited debut album. "Reverie " will be released on May 23, 2025 - even before the release of their debut album, their first world tour is almost completely sold out. This is the beginning of an even bigger story that will be written by Cunningham, McCafrey and Mc Nerney.
