Workshops, lectures and live music present the colorful world of yoga on 06.07.2025.

This year 44 people of the heart are participating in the festival!!!

In addition to the popular White Sound Gongmeditation, this year there will be many offers such as: Hormone & Chackrenbalance Yoga, Photo Shoots, Heart Opening Healing Meditation, Sound Bath with Gong & Crystal Bowls, many different workshops on Poetry Writing, Gut Health, Numerology, Breathwork, Aroma Oils, Talks on Vital Water, Body & Cell Cleansing and A Path to a Fulfilled Life and more. You can also indulge in individual treatments such as velvety soft feet, Tuina massage, human design readings, emotional release, chakra clearing, numerological analysis, Sat Nam Rasayan and more.

The crowning finale this year is the mantra sing-along concert including a cocoa ceremony. Something very special that has never been seen before at the festival.

A wide range of paid and donation-based activities offer the whole family the opportunity to spend the whole day together.

This year it is also a family festival again! So there will also be a great program for young people, with a giant pirate slide, mandala painting, giant soap bubbles and little surprises.

In Lichtenau we are celebrating the 6th Yoga Festival in the Paderborn district this year. The "ananda Happiness Family Festival" is organized by yoga teacher and ananda founder Tracy Rumpel.

You can be inspired at over 20 experience stands: high-quality oils, spices and vinegars to enjoy and cook with from Edelschmaus , creative decorations and gift items from Pusteblümchen, ionized vital water with Andreas Gehlhar and Tara Seymer, fragrant essential oils from Doterra and with the Ölseelenschwestern, spiritual art from Karin Matthey, feng shui and healing stones with Anne Mattern, fragrant soaps, wonderful nourishing products for the body from Rundumschön as well as head massage and face yoga, Products and tea related to yoga from ananda, information stands on physical and mental health with Anna Mai, Kathrin Kröger, Lisa Hannemann and Nina Wollmeyer, honey from Peter de Hahn, floor and air purifiers from Hyla with Katharina Wagemeyer, quantum mirror treatments with Verena Blume and, of course, delicious food from the Assler Deele as well as homemade cakes and delicious waffles will delight our palates and all our other senses!

Another highlight in the early afternoon at 1.45 p.m. will be a giant tombola with lots of high-quality prizes. The proceeds will go to the Lichtenau outdoor pool for new play equipment for children.
