Imagine a large, musical cooking pot. You now add the analog, Anatolian-oriental sound of the 1960s and 1970s to it. Add a pinch of funk, a slice of rock and, to bring the groove even more to the fore, a touch of electro every now and then. The 'Anatolian Retro Mixtape' by DJ Nazım Sabuncu is finished! Nazım is better known to local world music insiders through his bands 'Limanja' and 'Kara Orman', which bring this tasty, musical 'Çorba' to the stages of this world. As a DJ, he mixes his passion for music with the energy of the musical pearls of this golden era of Turkish music. So you can expect an exotic, groovy set that will take you dancing to the Bosphorus... that's a promise!
