ANCHORS & HEARTS

Anchors & Hearts are a permanent fixture in the German music scene. Since its foundation around ten years ago, the band, which is based between Hamburg and Bremen, has worked hard and continuously. The result is five albums and countless concerts. Their music is an energetic mix of driving punk and catchy metalcore elements with a singalong guarantee. In terms of content, Anchors & Hearts combine political statements with personal stories that unmistakably convey open-mindedness and positivity.

Anchors & Hearts have been working with the label Redfield Records since 2021 and have already released two albums since then. While "Guns Against Liberty" was a political all-round attack against the shift to the right, Trump, wars and crises, the follow-up is all about emotions. The album "Deathlist", released in March 2024, reflects the depth and variety of topics addressed in the songs. Grief and loss alternate with rebellious tracks that clearly show what the band stands for.

With each album, the live presence has also grown steadily. In addition to support tours for bands such as Ignite, ZSK and Caliban, Anchors & Hearts also play the big festival stages summer after summer. In recent years, they have enriched some of the biggest festivals with their impressive live performances at Rock Am Ring, Hurricane, Deichbrand, Open Flair and the Reload Festival. The highlight so far, however, has been their own headlining tour with a total of 16 concerts between March and December 2024, which has thrilled both band and fans alike with several sold-out concerts. The next concert dates have already been announced for 2025 with the "Wasted Lives Tour".
