Starsailor

If it may come as a surprise to outsiders that Starsailor are celebrating their 25th anniversary, the band themselves are also a little taken aback by the quarter of a century that lies behind them. Since celebrating their breakthrough in 2001 with the passionate anthems "Fever", "Good Souls" and "Alcoholic" from their debut "Love Is Here", the quartet has simply carried on and continued to write moving new songs together. From the heavier sound of their live shows, which was first heard in studio recordings on their third album "On The Outside", to more recent albums such as "All This Life" (2017) and "Where The Wild Things Grow" (2024), Starsailor now have a wide stylistic range that clearly demonstrates the band's many years of development together. Rather than relying solely on past successes, as some other bands who can celebrate such a big birthday are forced to do, Starsailor are in the fortunate position of being able to celebrate their 25th birthday in perfect health with the great album "Where The Wild Things Grow" from 2024.
