In the organizer's words:

In this special, anders performs together with the local choir "LoChormotion" on stage at times. LoChormotion opens with pieces from its own repertoire, while anders takes over and dominates the main part of the evening with its self-written songs, sometimes melancholy and profound, sometimes humorously ironic and sometimes heartbreakingly funny.

The evening concludes with a joint performance of what the two groups of artists have developed in a music workshop held earlier in the day.

About different

The singers of the five-piece a cappella band from Freiburg have been united by their love of singing and mouth-watering pop music for 16 years now. Originally founded as a school band in a Heidelberg schoolyard in 2006, whose repertoire consisted of specially arranged cover songs, the band toured Germany after graduating from high school in 2012 with their own German-language songs and their second album "NeueZeiten" (produced by MAYBEBOP singer Lukas Teske). In 2019, the singers won the CARA Award for best European a cappella album in the USA for their album "Viel Lärm um dich". Anders stand for a modern a cappella pop sound, intelligent German-language lyrics and catchy melodies.
