Can you smoke in a cab? Songwriter punks Thore and Maurice from Essen have been doing it their way since 2019: Indie-alternative rock with German lyrics that speak from their hearts. Nuanced to bold, good-feeling to bad-humored. Their second album "Snabel" is about subjectivities, missed opportunities, homages to idols and the chalking up of dubiousness. Musically, it is a healthy mix of their own style with the traces of their heroes and friends, two of whom they have even invited onto the new record. Snabel will be released on April 12, 2024 by Dackelton Records and is available on all common streaming platforms as well as on CD or LP.
