Anthem for No Man’s Land - Andreas Schaerer & A Novel of Anomaly

Swiss vocal artist Andreas Schaerer is a solitaire on the European music scene. On stage, his whole body becomes a sounding instrument that slips into many roles. Together with drummer Lucas Niggli, guitarist Kalle Kalima and accordionist Luciano Biondini, he has created the project "Anthem For No Man's Land", which balances on the interface between language, music and sound. Where language is only sound, his fantasy language flourishes, which belongs to no nation but is understood by all. The soundtrack sounds like prog rock and the psychedelic sound of the seventies, with echoes of tango, West African rhythms and alpine melodies.
