May 31st marks the second anniversary of the verdict in the Antifa-Ost trial. The memory of the almost 100-day trial, the various house searches and the inflammatory reporting dripping with sexism still haunts us all. The result: prison sentences of over 5 years for Lina and not much less for the other three defendants. A verdict that is based solely on circumstantial evidence and should be seen as an example to the entire radical left-wing movement. This biased verdict, which lacks any basis, was only recently confirmed by the Federal Court of Justice.
Since the repressive escalations in the so-called Budapest Complex, more anti-fascists have been in prison than at any time in recent memory. They are being charged on the basis of Paragraph 129, defamed as terrorists and, like Maja, handed over to a right-wing authoritarian state.
Especially in times when reports of right-wing violence are coming thick and fast and fascists are gaining ground - in parliaments and in society at large - the following applies: Antifa is necessary!

Two weeks before the nationwide anti-repression demo in Jena, we want to come together and counteract the isolation caused by state repression. You can expect some input on past and current cases of repression and you will receive all the important information for the demo on June 14. There will be a joint banner painting and a joint spray painting on the wall in Rabet. With snacks, solidarity drinks, various stands and good weather, we want to spend the day together and end it with music.
