French chanson pop between
Paris and Berlin

Antoine Villoutreix is a French singer-songwriter who sings in French and German and creates modern, multi-faceted chansons between pop, jazz and folk. Between Berlin and Paris, he combines sometimes profound and emotional, sometimes charming lyrics with a warm voice and a diverse musical style.

On stage, he presents lively, authentic concerts with songs in German and French, which are also accessible to non-French-speaking audiences thanks to his German-language moderation. Antoine creates a close connection with the audience - characterized by humour, poetry and emotion.

One of his most important collaborations is the joint composition of the piece Tempelhofer Feld with the Berlin musician Danny Dziuk, whose joint performance was broadcast on the cult program Aspekte on ZDF. He also recently performed live with his band at the Funkhauskonzert on Deutschlandfunk Kultur. His album Promenade (2021) was named album of the week on MDR Kultur.

Antoine was honored with the prestigious Walther-von-der-Vogelweide-Preis at Songs an einem Sommerabend in 2024. He has also written for reggae legend Tiken Jah Fakoly. Recently, the track Feel Alright was released in collaboration with Club des Belugas, an internationally renowned German nu-jazz/lounge band.
