Lena Henke and Julian Irlinger present their exhibited works in the exhibition It's Just a Matter of Time in conversation with Carina Bukuts. While Henke questions the concepts and structures of urban planning, Irlinger's work explores objects and institutions that convey history and shape our collective memory. The one is inextricably linked to the other: Would our history have been different if our cities and living spaces had been geared towards solidarity and communal thinking from the outset? And how could our future develop if we were able to tell history in a pluralistic and reflective way?
As part of the Gallery Weekend Berlin
The talk takes place in cooperation with Galerie Thomas Schulte. Afterwards, a joint walk to the gallery is planned with a visit to the exhibition "Horizontal & Vertical Sculpture" by Lena Henke.
