Every year, artspring film presents different artistic positions of film and video makers and puts them up for discussion. As in the previous year, the original local restriction to the district of Pankow - i.e. Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, Weißensee - was lifted and all film and video makers were invited to submit their positions.
