The family is about to leave for a party, but Cindy is not ready. She has just had to wade knee-deep through a mud puddle in the park in search of treasure. And now she's tipped out her Lego boxes to make herself the right equipment. Maybe the treasure is buried on her cousin's balcony? While her father takes the sisters to the party, Cindy has to tidy up the Lego bricks and dress up in something suitable - something that the rest of the family would find appropriate for a girl going to a family party. But Cindy doesn't want to dress up as a girl. She has her own idea of what a young treasure hunter should wear. She also doesn't want to open the closet door while her sisters are in the room. She has been hiding her friend, Taifun the pigeon, in there for two days. Taifun's foot was injured in a car accident and he doesn't stand a chance against the other pigeons in the park. The two of them also have to rehearse, because Taifun dreams of a career as a musical star and needs the best choreography in the world to beat all the song thrushes at the audition. They have half an hour until Cindy's father comes to pick them up.
