The rapper and singer comes to Munich in July

With Japanese street fashion, dyed blue hair, her angry, punk-inspired hip-hop sound, direct and feminist lyrics and a worldwide fanbase, it seems impossible to overlook Ashnikko 2025. In her music, the singer and rapper combines influences from indie, rock, hyperpop, metal, hip hop and bedroom pop and has already celebrated several viral hits with the US platinum award-winning "Stupid" and "Daisy" as well as "Slumber Party" feat. Princess Nokia and "Deal With It" feat. Kelis, which have long had 9-digit streaming figures. Her debut album "Weedkiller" (2023) entered the German album charts at number 35, reached number 7 in the British charts and took the singer on a world tour. In spring 2025, Ashnikko toured as the opening act on Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour. On July 8, 2025, Ashnikko comes to the Munich Theaterfabrik for an exclusive show.

Ahston Nicole Casey grew up in North Carolina, but also spent part of her youth in Estonia and Latvia before moving to London at the age of 18. Through her parents, she came into contact with various music genres such as country and metal at an early age and discovered rap music at the age of 10. From 2016, she released songs via SoundCloud under her stage name Ashnikko and followed up her first single "Krokodil " with the EP "Sass Pancakes" in 2017. Her second EP "Unlikeable " was released in 2018. With the EP "Hi It's Me" and the single "Stupid" feat. Yung Baby Tate, Ashnikko finally achieved his first major success in 2019. The single went viral on TikTok and also brought greater attention to the song "Working Bitch". After a US tour with Danny Brown in October 2019, she released the single "Cry" feat. Grimes in June 2020. Ashnikko' s big breakthrough finally came with the song "Daisy", which took her into the international charts. Her mixtape "Demidevil ", released in 2021, contains two more hits in addition to "Cry" and"Daisy ": "Slumber Party" feat. Princess Nokia and "Deal with It" feat. Kelis, which, along with the other tracks on the mixtape, have generated more than 1.2 million streams on Spotify to date. After a one-year break at the end of 2021, Ashnikko returned in 2023 with the song "You Make Me Sick!" and announced her debut album "Weedkiller" and a world tour in March of that year. In 2024, the singer contributed the song "Paint The Town Blue" to the League of Legends series "Arcane" and performed the song at the opening ceremony of the League of Legends World Finals. Following the release of her "Halloweenie I-VI" EP, Ashnikko released her latest single "Itty Bitty" at the end of March, which stands out with its modern alt-pop sound and hyperpop drive and leaves us expecting more.
