Notebooks as artistic material: how can notes be used as a source of inspiration? In a literary scavenger hunt, the two musicians collage Brecht's notes into a morality tale about the poet and his time: about chaos and euphoria, utopia and reaction, about love, war and Marxism. Musically, they whistle "the most beautiful melody always on its last legs" and roll out an analog-electronic soundscape, reinforced with accordion, trumpet trumpets and self-made sound body elements.
