Even 108 years after he took office as Mayor of Cologne, traces of Konrad Adenauer are still
traces of Konrad Adenauer are still visible throughout the city. He has shaped Cologne's urban development more
lasting influence on Cologne's urban development than anyone else in this office. The later Federal Chancellor

Sülz and Lindenthal, Adenauer's home in Max-Bruch-Straße and the Geißbockheim of the
Geißbockheim of 1.FC Köln, the future of which is still the subject of heated debate.
